With sports, you would need to know how your muscles work and how your body functions and reacts on long trips in zero-gravity. You could try to develop and test new sports equipment or invent new games and then see what happens when playing and using them in a space environment. It would be important when living in a space colony someday to have athletics and competitions so that people can participate in them for exercise or just enjoy watching them for entertainment. Music would be important for people to experience, too. What kind of music or movies would people in space want to listen to and enjoy during a time of needed relaxation or just for fun? When in space for a long time, would people want to see movies about life back on Earth or more science fiction? You could bring some movies with you and find out. While on your trip, maybe you could design a line of clothing that is comfortable and looks really cosmic! What kinds of things are easily prepared in space and yummy to eat? Did you know that astronauts like spicy food in space because their taste buds react differently in space than on Earth? You could take some food samples with you and take a survey to test the taste buds of your crewmates and find out what tastes best in space. Maybe in the future you would run a company that makes space food that people will enjoy when taking a short trip to space or one lasting a couple of years! Life would be exciting in space and there would be such joy in discovering all there is to explore and learn. Your imagination can't even hold all the possibilities there could be. You would have the opportunity to find out!
