Issue #18 of the Bulletin of the American Interplanetary Society is published with a new "look" and Clyde J. Fitch as editor. Reports include news of a new rocket being built by Johannes Winkler in Germany, a study on the thickness of the Venusian atmosphere, interplanetary communication, the English publication of David Lasser's "The Conquest of Space" and the third annual meeting of the society.
