Yes. There is likely to be a resort hotel in low Earth orbit (LEO), a variety of tourist options on the Moon and Mars, and maybe even on an asteroid. We can expect that there will be a range of tourist attractions, from geologic formations, such as craters and volcanoes, to mining operations, to remote but luxurious resorts.
