At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the American Interplanetary Society G. Edward Pendray was elected President, Nathaniel Schachner as vice-president, Samuel Lichtenstein as treasurer, Charles P. Mason as secretary and Lee Gregory Pendray as librarian.
