05. Would space controllers be able to contact all spacecraft from Earth? How? (A K2S Question)

Some spacecraft will be in locations in space that will make communications with Earth physically impossible—for example, behind the Moon, behind Mars, or on the other side of the Sun. It may eventually be possible, using communications satellites spread around outer space, that all spacecraft will be in limited contact with Earth.
