It is hard to tell, because we are limited by the type of rockets and fuel we use now. Right now, we can travel about 25,000 mph in space. There are a lot of new ideas being studied which may enable us to go faster, but will we ever be able to travel at the speed of light? It is hard to say. There is a lot about getting to that speed that we don't know.
