18. As tourists, would we do anything besides look around? Any duties? (A K2S Question)

To make sure we ate my favorites while at the ISS, I volunteered for kitchen duty and helped sort food and prepare our meals. I have to admit, we ate a lot of Italian food and that the training that prepared me for sorting food took place not during my training in Star City, but in college when I hand-sorted mail at the US Post Office near Penn Station in New York City.
