Issue #14 of the Bulletin of the American Interplanetary Society is published. It features an extensive explanation and history of the German Repulsor and Mirak rockets. Reports include a launch of a rocket by Reinhold Tiling to over 32,000 feet. It also explains that Robert H. Goddard is still secluded in New Mexico. Harry W. Bull of Syracuse University continues liquid fuelled rocket experiments.

G. Edward Pendray continues work on a rocket with David Lasser and H.F. Pierce of the American Interplanetary Society.
