Dr Edwin F. Northrup of the Ajax Electrothermic Corporation in Trenton New Jersey begins a correspondence with the BIS through treasurer Clarke. Northrup is a theoretical pioneer of electromagnetic propulsion and author of the science fiction novel "Zero to Eighty".
