Yes, for example, helium-3 is an element that is abundant on the Moon. And we will probably find other resources in the element periodic table, once we investigate further. One thing to consider is that resources may also be thought of in a different context—let's say we consider the vacuum of space, the hot and cold temperatures, lack of seismic activity on the Moon, or the difference in gravity as resources. The temperatures are generally 260° F to -280° F; however, it can get as low as -382° F in craters, and as high as 417° F during the day, thus equaling about an 800° F temperature differential. These resources can be used for things we don't normally see on Earth.
