At first, it was a little harder for me. The first night I went to sleep it was an unusual feeling. Instead of sinking into a firm mattress and soft pillow, I was floating above the surface of my sleep station. If I let my arms free they would float in front of my face. Ultimately, I started putting some items underneath my sleeping bag so I would have the sensation of something being underneath my back. After a few days it felt normal and I slept fine.
