You could learn about many exciting topics including astronomy. Away from the Earth's atmosphere, you would have a clearer view of the stars, galaxies, and planets. With a special telescope and camera you could discover a new planet or asteroid, learn more about how the Universe began, and maybe even find out if there is some kind of life out there. Biology would be important to study and you would have fun doing experiments to better understand the effects of micro-gravity on your body. It would be important to learn more about this to help prepare for those longer trips to the Moon and Mars. Floating M&M's or twirling a half-peeled banana would be a great way to study microgravity and enjoy a snack at the same time. How wonderful it would be to look at Earth from space and study the geography of our home planet. You could see clouds, or the eye of a hurricane, lightning strikes at night, and how weather affects our planet. The meteorologists would be very interested in your fact-finding. Doctors and nurses would be grateful to have you work on new medicines that could only be made in micro-gravity. Specially made medicines would be important and needed if you lived in a lunar colony. These medicines could help people on Earth, too.
