01. What year will the International Space Station (ISS) be finished? (A K2S Question)

Given its complexity and cost, we can't be altogether sure. But the ISS with today's internationally agreed-upon governmental characteristics is now scheduled to be completed by 2010. However, it may be added to somewhat by private interests.
