01. Will it ever be safe for babies, toddlers, young children and the elderly to travel to outer space? (A K2S Question)

Once we have developed technology to minimize the effects of leaving the intense gravity of Earth, it will be safe for young and old to go to outer space. Such technology might be a space elevator that could take people up to the outer limits of Earth's atmosphere to board a spaceship or shuttle. Also we would need some way of producing gravity to protect the growth systems of kids and babies for long stays as well as radiation protection for even short stays.
