Other worlds in our solar system are too cold, too hot, or receive too much or too little radiation. Most either have no atmospheres or have atmospheres that are too hostile for plant growth. However, on the worlds that have moderate conditions, like Mars and Europa, it is possible that we may discover cyano-bacteria (photosynthetic bacteria) like organisms. Both these worlds receive enough energy and have environments that would fall within the realm of where we believe organisms could survive.
