In general, if you are trying to create compatible groups, you have to give groups time to figure out how to work together. So, if we ever decided to try to create compatible groups, there would be many opportunities for the group to have problems and then figure out how to fix those problems together. One failure would not disqualify the group. In fact, all groups have problems. The important thing is to see how they solve those problems. The best groups will find ways to problem-solve and work through their conflicts in such a way that everyone can accept the solution. And that takes time to develop!
