It is highly unlikely. Before the Shuttle is placed on the launch pad, especially when a launch is imminent, the weather is monitored very closely to prevent the Shuttle from sustaining any weather-related damage when it is exposed to the elements. The crawler/transporters are always ready to return the Shuttles to the safety of the Vehicle Assembly Building in the summer and fall hurricane season and during any inclement weather.
