The Russian space agency, Roskosmos, would be very happy to take your money and send you into orbit for a week or so. They have a great safety record with their Soyuz spaceships—they haven't lost one in over 25 years. That only costs about $20 million, but there are rumors that the price is about to go up. Via Space Adventures, five people have done it so far: Dennis Tito, from California, Mark Shuttleworth, from South Africa, and Greg Olsen, from New Jersey. Anousheh Ansari, originally from Iran, and Charles Simyoni, originally from Hungary.
