If something going wrong is defined as some unexpected event occurring, there is always that chance. Minor occurrences happen all the time and are referred to as anomalies. These are investigated to determine the cause and to determine whether or not they will lead to the occurrence of a major event. There is a very low risk of a major or catastrophic event occurring.
