As on Earth, cuts bleed in space and the amount of bleeding depends on the severity of the cut. If an artery or vein were severed there would be greater blood loss. With small cuts the blood settles on the wound. In absence of gravity, blood may form little droplets which are dispersed if the body part is shaken. Blood clots as it does on Earth.
