10. Are there rules or laws to keep us from destroying places in space as we are destroying Earth now? (A K2S Question)

We have laws on Earth to protect against pollution. Yet the laws are only as strong as the governments that enforce them. So if we make laws to protect space some international government must enforce them. Perhaps the United Nations will be the enforcer of these laws.
