10. Do aliens have spaceships? (A K2S Question)

For millions of years there was life on this planet and there were no spaceships. Think of the dinosaurs. Even today we don't really have spaceships that can take humans to another planet. So there could be thousands of planets out there with life, but not necessarily the kind of life that could develop spaceships. There could be some civilizations that are older than we are that have the technology to build and fly spaceships. This is what we want to find out.
