The risk of serious illness or injury is very low. The very low gravity levels eliminate the risk of injuries from falling, although you could still injure yourself from bumping into things in the spacecraft while floating around. Since no one is sick when they go to space, you are not likely to catch an infectious disease from anyone. While very low gravity levels and the radiation of space can cause injury and illness, this will not happen if the space traveler only stays a few days to a few weeks.
