The total time spent after getting their spacesuits on is about 2 hours and 20 minutes on the ISS before they are ready to go into space. Coming back into the spaceship, astronauts do not have to do anything special as they already purged all the nitrogen out of their blood when doing the pre-breathe exercise. They just take their suits off.
