11. At home we are always hearing "don't play with your food," but we see astronauts do that. So will it be okay to play with our food in space? (NP) (A K2S Question)

Table manners are very important, even in space. For example, if you were to eat with your mouth open, food might float out! Our poor table manners in space are a result of our fascination with physics—it's amazing to see solids and liquids float around and behave in ways we cannot observe on the ground.
