11. How does it feel emotionally when the spacecraft returns to Earth? What was your reaction? (A K2S Question)

When the mission is over the crew, myself included, has many emotions—some conflicting. We're always excited about being back on Earth, but the experiences just encountered on orbit—the success of the science experiments, the view of Earth and the heavens, the weightlessness, the realization that few others have experienced this—make us yearn to return to space quickly.
