Assuming you are on an orbital flight, the room temperature will be pretty much like it is inside a house here on Earth. Since the outside can vary from 250° F to -250° F on the shady side of the Earth, the insulation on the spacecraft will have to be pretty good and the temperature inside will have to be produced. On the Shuttle, it is essentially a shirt-sleeve environment and some people are chilly while others may be warm. So if you chill easily, you will need a sweater.
