(William Readdy) You set your watch to mission elapsed time or MET for orbital missions. MET starts at lift off. That dictates your sleep cycle, which you have already attempted to shift before launch while in quarantine. On the International Space Station time is either Houston or Decreed Moscow Time. This is for the convenience of the ground support staff in the control centers.
