13. What is the minimum oxygen level count needed to sustain human life? (LM) (A K2S Question)
From The Space Library
People can adapt, but normally the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) expects you to have supplemental oxygen above a pressure altitude of 14,000 feet. The Air Force will require that you give blood if you have a decompression above an altitude of 25,000 feet. This is the maximum altitude to fly un-pressurized.
