(CC) Extra vehicular activity (EVA) astronauts (the ones who do spacewalks) are inside a pressurized spacesuit complete with a helmet. There is a water bag inside with a straw to allow them to drink liquids, and I believe they are also capable of having protein bar-like meals which they can take outside to eat while they are in the suit. You have to remember that EVA crewmembers cannot use their hands to put food into their mouths.
