Normally, oxygen is provided within the spacecraft. However, when astronauts are performing an extra vehicular activity (EVA), oxygen is supplied with the spacesuit in an oxygen bottle. There is a limitation to the amount of time that an astronaut can spend doing an EVA. In future space travels, it could be that taking your own O2 bottle would be as essential as your suitcase.
