You can't wear anything to hold you down, but we do have some equipment that can hold you in place. We have tried Velcro shoes, magnets, and special shoes that fit into a pattern in the floor plates. The best method we have found is called foot loops, which are small loops of material that you can put your foot into while you are working at a particular spot. Remember that we don't wear shoes in space, just soft slipper socks.
