16. How long can people stay in space before they begin to have health problems? (A K2S Question)

Changes occur in humans immediately on entering space. The health problems that do occur immediately are mild—for instance, fluid shifts may cause headaches, the inner ear stops working causing space motion sickness, or a person "grows" one to three inches taller and may have backaches.
