In the backpack on those suits there are a couple of oxygen tanks which are about 800 pounds per square inch. They have enough oxygen to keep us in good shape for about seven or eight hours and can be recharged very quickly by coming back to the orbiter's airlock and connecting up to an umbilical in the airlock.
