19. What technologies are anticipated for the future? Will we ever have Star Wars technologies? (A K2S Question)

If we are careful the human race will live for many centuries and continue to progress. During this time we will develop many new technologies that we only dream of now—technologies well beyond the level of Star Wars. Predicting these technologies is extremely difficult, if not impossible. One thing is for sure though: we have the potential to do amazing things.
