19. Why has Mars been studied more than any of the other planets? (A K2S Question)

Mars is the second most studied planet in the solar system because it is easily visible, relatively close, considerably more hospitable than most other planets, and the most likely destination, beyond the Moon, for human exploration. Of course, the most studied planet is Earth.
