28. Will we be able to do back flips? Triple back flips? Even 13-roll back flips? (A K2S Question)

Yes. It depends on how much room you have to do the flips, but my experience was that as I would enter the Spacelab module, which is about 25 feet long and about six feet high inside, I could pull myself in and twist my hands, pull my knees to my chin, and do a series of flips as I floated down the middle of the module. I am not a gymnast, but learned this very quickly in space. In fact, I could make myself do one, two, or three or more flips and end up feet toward the floor at any position in the module. It was great!
