31. What are the long term effects of zero-gravity on the bodily systems? (A K2S Question)

Most of the changes that occur in zero-gravity go back to normal when a person comes back to Earth. Changes in balance and the cardiovascular system return to normal within a day or two. Changes in muscle strength and bone loss take much longer to get back to normal.
