Many astronauts like to view the Earth through the optical quality window port in the ISS or Space Shuttle and take pictures of recognizable landmarks on the Earth as it rotates below them. Astronauts have enjoyed the freedom and exhilarating views when they perform extra vehicular activities (EVA) working outside the Space Shuttle or the ISS.
