40. Can living in space cure certain diseases? (A K2S Question)

Right now there are no diseases that we know of that are cured by being in space. Most diseases are caused by bacteria or viruses or the body's immune system attacking itself or our not regulating our own behavior. Being in space would not help us overcome most of those things. Symptoms of some diseases might be less stressful in micro-gravity.
