Only to the extent that there is still some gravity, which means eventually you will end up back on the ground. The air in your suit and the base will smell different, and will likely have a gunpowder tinge to it. There is nothing to hear in vacuum, though you'd feel the rare moonquake through the ground. Looking out across the Moon's surface your eyes would tell you that the perspective isn't right, the horizon's too close, and everything has a rounded, eroded look to it.
