Yes. Normally the orbiter crew compartment is pressurized at 14.7 pounds per square inch—sea level pressure—with a mixture of oxygen and nitrogen just like the air on Earth. But if for some reason it has to be depressurized, you have to put on a spacesuit. (Ref. 1)
