One idea for the Moon is to create an Archive of Humanity—a back-up copy of humanity's accumulated knowledge and culture—so Earth's best museum may end up on the Moon. Another idea would have those cultures that use a lunar month in their calendars build a solar cathedral. Several individuals have already suggested that the Apollo landing sites be turned into historical parks to preserve them for future generations. Theme parks might include an Apollo 14 golf course or a crater slide water park at one of the poles. Roller coasters of amazing complexity and long, long drops could be designed.
