A112. Will there be emergency evacuation plans and procedures? (A K2S Question)

Given how dangerous the space environment can be, emergency plans are something that will be built in from the beginning. This has to be true because it is unlikely that there will be sufficient transportation at a moonbase for every single person to be evacuated at once. Transportation may be nearby, within a day or three, but any sufficiently large moonbase is going to require contingency plans for keeping people alive in the event of crisis. No one can foresee all dangers, but we've got at least some idea of what to expect.
