Hylan B. Lyon

Hylan B. Lyon, Jr. is President and COO of Gamma Design, Inc. In the early 1970s he was a member of the President's Science Advisor's staff for space and aviation, and since then he has held numerous business and policy assignments in high technology and aerospace in both government and industry.
