Nikolai Ivanovitch Tikhomirov establishes a lab to study rockets in Moscow. His lab will become the GDL. It is located at #3 Tikhinskaya Ulitsa in Moscow and consists of a chemical laboratory and seventeen machine tools.

Russian civil war ends.
