Employees of McDonnell Douglas Corp. ratified a new contract by a 4609 to 2796 vote, ending a 13-wk strike [see 10 Feb.]. The contract agreement called for a 31% across-the-board wage increase during the first year and 3% boosts during the second and third years. The strike of 19 000 McDonnell aerospace workers, including 200 at Kennedy Space Center, had delayed all NASA's scheduled Thor-Delta launches. (W Post, 12 May 75, A16)
