The Manchester Evening News reports "They Dream of a Weekend in Mars". The article states that the Manchester Interplanetary Society now has 14 members. It also announces that on December 5th the group will meet to launch in Clayton Vale. It says that Eric Burgess, President, runs the society from an address at 683 Ashton New Road, Clayton Manchester.
