For space crews, very little is done to insure compatible teams right now. The key considerations are skills, seniority and political considerations— giving an equitable opportunity to other nations. For passengers, there will likely not be any effort to put together compatible groups. The considerations will most likely be economic—those who can pay and are medically fit to go will get to go.
