(CC) Food is not served during launch. We keep our visors down during lift off in the unlikely event of a cabin depressurization during launch and so it is impossible to eat anything. To my knowledge, I do not know of any astronauts who eat or chew anything during launch or landing. Right after landing, however, I did manage to get into the lockers to grab some chocolate-covered espresso beans before the crew came to open up the hatch!
